About us
DandyTimesheets is the timesheet and payroll system of Dandy Staffing LLC, a staffing company based in Maryland. Our employees work in residential and day programs run by the care companies we partner with, and every hour they work is logged, approved and paid through this system.
What the system does
- Employees log each shift: the house, the date and the times worked, from a computer or phone.
- Supervisors review and approve the hours for the companies they are responsible for.
- Administrators close every 14- or 15-day pay period with payroll and client billing reports, and staff are paid five days after the period ends.
- Employees can raise questions about their hours, and receive notifications and pay period reminders.
Our commitments
- Accurate pay: every hour is reviewed before it is paid, and every change is recorded.
- Privacy and security: sensitive details such as Social Security numbers are encrypted, sign-in is protected by emailed codes, and people only see what their role requires. See our Privacy Policy.
